For technical problem and RMA request,
Please use the Chatroom at:
1. Click the chatroom button
2. Click the setting button at the top left corner and select the language you want.
3. If you want technical support, Feel free to ask you questions.
4. However if you need RMA service (Replacement Warranty), Please type "RMA" in the chatroom and Click " Contact support".
5. The Cricut HK Support Hotline is under maintenance at the moment. Please select "Chat" instead.
6. Fill in the information Cricut ask for and wait for the CS. (When it ask for order number, just type in "0".)
7. Remember to mark down the ticker number they give you.
